Event Element In Activity Diagram

Hi,

do you know how to add scheduled Event? I am looking for element depicted in the Diagram bellow "Once a Year".

but did not find it in any tool box.

Just add a sent (or received - cant remember which) event  and right click on it - the change you want is in the context menu.
