Problem with element template

New version-the same problem

When I set the color and size of the issue element in a folder, and then set this folder to be a template package(Project menu/Set element template package), any new element of this type doesn't inherit the color and size setted in the before mentioned package.

This error was in the build 739, and unfortunately remained unsolved in the build 740, despite the promise from the saprk's admin.
