Upgraded to build 741 and now I can't move move a package into another package. Using corporate edition with an Oracle backend, user security is set and I am logged in as Admin.

Just tried with .EAP - no problem. Maybe you can try also with .EAP file?

Yes, I can do it with a project that is an EAP.

just noticed that I cannot change any properties of any packages either.

This almost looks like a security thing. I verify that I have the proper admin password but everything is like in readonly, except I can add packages or items. Just can't do anything with them after they are inserted into the project. How can I reset the security on a project?

Same way as you turned it on: enter the security key again.

The enable security menu item is also greyed out and non-selectable.

Ok, so playing around.

I close EA.

I go into the oracle database and change the value column on t_secpolicies from 'Enabled' to 'Disabled'.

Run EA and security is off and I have free reign with the model.

I enable security again, inputting the key and then admin is locked out of everything again.

Does this need to be reported as a registered user bug?
