Project security in corporate

From earlier posts I have been having issues with project security in the corporate edition using an Oracle backend.

I can endable security.
Login as admin.
Manage users and settings.
I can login in as any different user and the security
works.

I can then close the appliation and after reopening it security is turned off again.

The other user that is helping shows no change in security functionality in either case of if I change settings while he is in the app or even when his app is closed.

Check the latest release. There have been some issues that were fixed.

I tried this same scenario against build 743 and still no joy.  :-/
