MDG link for eclipse does not work with JDK 1.5

It seems to be working until I try to merge my model with eclipse, at this point it just hangs. When downgrading to j2sdk 1.4.2_06, merge works. Can anyone confirm ? Eclipse is version 3.0.1, latest released at the moment.

At the moment EA does not support Java 1.5 at all.  It's currently being worked on and hopefully should be available soon.
