Setting BPMN Start types

When creating a BPMN StartEvent, it defaults to a plain start.  How do I set the StartEvent type (trigger in the standard) to Message, Timer or Rule, etc. ?

Check the Tagged Values window. It would be easiest if you opened and docked the TV window while working with BPMN, as this theme is used throughout.
