Requirements dialog

Would it be possible or desirable to anyone else having the requirements tab of the properties dialog to be its own dockable window? I would sure like it.

Requirements and constraints both.

It is.  Its called the Rules window  - press ctl-shift-3

That just lists them in a summary type way. I am also talking about the dialog that pops up when you try to add or edit.
