How to get accurate usage info
« on: January 05, 2005, 02:50:14 am »
Hi there..

EA typically is great to provide usage and other cross reference information but I struggle to find an easy way to determine if/where a classifier is referenced in operation definitions.  For example, if I have a Class named JAVAServiceLocator and an operation on another class defined as:
"+ Static getInstance(): JAVAServiceLocator", I cannot find anywhere in EA where this reference is reported.

Am I missing something?

Thanks,
Leon

If you mean where you can see it in diagram AFAIK you cant (nor in most UML CASE tools).
Recursion definition:
If you don’t understand the definition read "Recursion definition".
