Docking in frame

I'm trying to get the Project and Resource browsers docked inside a single frame so that I get those nice little tabs at the bottom.  I've been sliding them all around my screen, but I can't get a frame opened to contain them.

The help files say this can be done, even shows the result of doing it, but no explaination of how to do it.  

How is this done?

I find that by far the easiest way to get windows docked exactly where I want them is to switch to the 2005 visual style (menu: View | Visual Style | 2005). Give it a go!
