upgrading/patching... best practice

Hello,

I have EA 4.50.740 build 741 running. To upgrade/patch to the latest and greatest, is it best to download and apply EA45.zip or easetupfull.exe?

Upgrade with zip is okay. Contains how-to that will help you.
