Tool chain with Subversion
« on: January 21, 2005, 12:26:42 am »
Dear all,

a number of people -- myself included -- asked for Subversion support in EA. I tried a number of SCC proxies a while ago, but they failed in one way or the other.

But here is the good news: I just tried the PushOK SCC proxy (http://www.pushok.com/soft_svn.php) and it works like a charme.

The plugin costs about $25 and is available for a 30 days trial.

In case you are trying and need help with configuration let me know.

Mike

Just a note: not working under linux + wine 20040914. The SVN proxy and the modified SVN binaries are installed and integrated into my KDE desktop flawlessy, and the control dialogs popped up fine after setting up the version management control in EA, but after configuring SVNURL, module and path within the svn proxy dialog and pushing OK, nothing happens, just the usual windows sandclock is ticking.

Sad.
