Bug report auto-reply not working ?

I posted 2 (oops, 3) bug reports yesterday (26th), but have not had the corresponding email auto-response from Sparx.

Running slow, or broken ? If broken, do I need to re-report ?

We received a feature request from you yesterday but your bug reports aren't in the system. Can you re-send them please? Not sure what the problem is because some bug reports are getting through, but we will investigate further.

Damn ! Have to remember all the details of reproducing the bugs now ... :-(

Do we get any brownie points for bug reports - or do we just get recruited to the EA test team ;-)

PS any news on that Interbase DDL problem (e.g. http://www.sparxsystems.com.au/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl?board=suggestions;action=display;num=1103842938;) - my Firebird colleague Nina (you have her emails ...) would like to know ? Thx.
