I was underwhelmed by the failure to use the BCC field in the latest newsletter.

Very poor form. I think that all of the recipients are owed an apology

We do value our client's privacy and deeply regret this occurrence. We are acutely aware of the daily impact of spam and unwanted email, and steps are being taken to ensure there can be no repeat of this incident.
