Moving element to new package loses requirements

I have several classes with responsibilities created and displayed via the require tab.  This gives me a CRC like picture.

When moving from one package to another by dragging with the mouse, the requires/responsibiklites are lost.

If the class has at least one 'Operation' set,  the responsibilites and the operation are preserved.

Possible feature with 6 legs?

Just tried and had no problem. What build are you using? Exact steps to reproduce?
