Missing component palette in Toolbox?

I've just upgraded to EA 4.5 and I am starting a new project. Unfortunately the Component diagram palette seems to have disappeared from the toolbox (when I create a component diagram the default palette  is now Analysis). Does anyone know what is going on with this?

Try Tools/Options/UML Element Toolbox
