where is the association class icon?

Hi all,

I was looking for an association class. The help-system actually pointed me to an icon in the Structure part of the toolbox. But: it is not there. (Proof by screenshot possible.)

I wonder, why.

I managed to link an existing class to an existing association using the "link to association" command in the context menu of the class.
But: I could not link that class to an aggregation.

I wonder, why.

First question answered itself automagically: I was using the wrong perspective. (Business process analysts are obviously not allowed to use association classes )

Second question still holds: why no association class on aggreations?
