Format text in Use Case

Is there any tool I can format the text like a MS Word?

I don´t wanna generate a RTF, I wanna format it in design time, inside Use Case object.

The only way I have seen was to code an add-in. Instead of usual Properties it opened new dialog with formatted texts. In the repository was the text saved with RTF tags. The HTML is also an option.
If someone has this or similar add-in and is willing to publish it. I'd be an eager user.

I´m gonna create an add-in for this purpose.

The weekend is near... no money... I think i can do it...  ;D
