UML Profile for embedded real time systems

Hi everybody,

I've been searching now for a while for UML profiles for embedded real time aspects that support things like queues, semaphores, interrupts etc.
Unfortunately I didn't find anything on the net.

So maybe somebody here in this forum might have an idea where I could find that?
