Managing Perspectives

If I understand the Help file properly, I can use the Manage My Profile section to restrict what is visible in the various sub tabs of the Toolbox.  What I can't do is move items around between the sub tabs.  Is that right?  

I can't test it now because the current configuration button is disabled on my v5 Beta.

It appears that you can only use that when a model is open.

Does that mean these settings are model specific?
