Corporate Edition Floating Licenese

I was trying to get more information on the "Sparx Enterprise Key Store" and how the floating licenses work. I have two questions on this:
1. Can you check out a floating license and work disconnected from the network?
2. Does the key store automatically check out a license and return it when it is not in use?
3. Does anyone know where to download the "Key Store", I could probably answer my questions myself if I could just play with it.
