renewal of annual maintenance/subscription

I want to buy the renewal of annual maintenance/subscription. Reading the site ( at address http://www.sparxsystems.com.au/products/ea_license_info.html ), I saw the following information:

"If your subscription has expired: Please contact us at [email protected] for renewal purchase links. To avoid delays, please include your registration key, order number, or the email address you registered with."

Then I sent e-mails several times, my boss had tried to send an e-mail too, but 1 month has past and we got no answer.

Hello rodrigomcardoso,

I see that John sent you an email Friday relating to this post. Did you receive his reply? If not then there may be something a miss with the emails getting back to you.  Please advise on the status.

You're right. The e-mails aren't getting back... I used another e-mail last week and could buy the renewal.
