How to delete Recent Models from start page

Hi Folks

I am newbie for EA , Just start today...and I need to know that how can delete projects from 'Recent Models' list on Start page..

secondly... I intend to do database modelling using EA. I have been reading user guide and other docs.. I just want to know that if there is any other help available or news groups for EA...

File | Open | Select model, and click "Remove selection from list"
