How to exclude a package from documentation?

Is there a way using the new 5.0 RTF generator to exclude a package from being generated as part of the documentation?

For example -- If I have a package with a number of sub-packages, and I only want to include some of the subpackages in the documentation...how can I do this?  With package phase/version?

With the legacy RTF you could use the filter functionality (e.g. set the Package Phase to 0 and use > 0 for filtering).
Edit: the same with the new generator...
