Problem with tags in relationship matrix

In EA 5.0, I cannot create tagged values in relations created inside the relationship matrix.

Has anybody solve this problem? Or is this a restriction of the tool?

I was able to do it with EA 4.1 but now I find that the only way to create tags in relations is to use them in a diagram.
