DAO.Recordset[3197] Error

I was modifying a diagram over a wireless network connection and I got a network error.  When I tried to reconnect and modify the diagram again, it gives me a DAO.Recordset[3197] error.  The actual message is: "The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time."  I assume that it thinks I am still modifying the diagram with my original session, and so it doesn't want my new session modifying the diagram.  Is there a way to reset this so that I can modify the diagram again?

Probably the same reason as here. Try removing the .ldb
