Sql Server functions

When I try to import database structure from the SQl Server database I get the error:

Enterprise Architect has experienced a network problem and will close down.

It finds and connects fine to all our servers but when it comes to data transfer it fails.

This "looks like" a microsoft JET error.  If you are a licenced user I'd gather all the information you can on the actual error and your JET & SQL Server environment and put a support request direct to Sparx.
