Use Case Scenario <--> Activity Diag Interac

The XMLContent Attribute of the Scenario Element has the following Help Notes: Read/Write.  A structured field which may contain scenario details in XML format. To be implemented in 2003.

Has this been implemented?  It may be very useful for me as I am investigating automating interactivity between Use Case scenarios & Activity Diagrams, after having seen another product on the market - Visual Use Case.

The help file for build 816 describes XMMLContent as "Read/Write.  A structured field that can contain scenario details in XML format."

I assume (without proof) that this means it is implemented.

Whether you can get at it via the UI is a mystery to me.
