Code generation stopped working

I just started evaluating EA today. I was able to generate Java code from a class that I designed. I was able to make changes to the class and regenerate the code. But suddenly this has stopped working. When I try to regenerate code now, I don't get any error messages, but the java file remains untouched. Also if I try to add additional attributes to my class in EA, I get the message "Changes are pending. Press Cancel to abort changes". What could I be doing wrong?
