Problems generating XSDs from EA5.0

Hi

EA 5.0 seems to be ignoring the anonymousRole and anonymousType tagged values that control XSD generation.

(For further information, see the topic entitled 'Generating XSDs with EA 5' in the 'Automation Interface, Add-Ins and Tools' topic.)

This is a problem for me, because I'm trying to persuade my boss to buy the tool.

I know that EA4.1 correctly uses these tags to control XSD generation, so right now I don't want to buy EA5.0 - I want to buy and use EA4.1, especially as I have to import my model into EA next week and generate the XSDs.

If I purchase, will I be able to download the previous version of EA, rather than the newly released EA5.0?

Will my registration key for EA5.0 work with previous versions of EA?

My registration key from pre 5.0 works still. So this should be no problem to go back. If you can't download the old version, ask Sparx sales dept. They will help you for sure.

Vimar has sorted me out and I can now generate the XSDs I want from EA 5.0.
