RTF Generator and Style (e.g. H1)

Hi, If I use the new RTF Generator and create a new template by copying one of the existing templates, I can apply Style to text (such as Heading 1, Heading 2, etc.)

However, if I create a new Template from scratch, those Style attributes are not available to me to select from.  Why is this, and how can I get these RTF styles into my new template?
