Documentation Problem

I have defined several TABLES in my model, with detailed information for each field.

When I create documentation, I use the Basic RTF template.   In the Attributes section, each of the fields is listed.  However, the notes which I entered are output twice.

I created a new template from the General Template.  If I remove the field in the Attribute section  {Att.Notes}, then the notes appear correctly.  This is very strange.

In the Attributes column of this section, I'd like to output the field LENGTH, but I don't know how to add this field to the template.  I've tried adding  {Att.Length} , but it simply prints as a constnt.
