Problems creating a new model

When I do file/new and enter in a new project name with a base project name, I keep getting the error message:  "Source model cannot be found, is invalid or is currently locked by another user."  I have had to reinstall EA to fix this error in the past, but I am getting it again.  What is the cause to this error so that I can resolve it.

Probably your EABase.EAP file is locked. This is the file that is copied when you create a new model. Have a look for C:\Program Files\Sparx Systems\EA\EABase.ldb and if it exists, delete it. That should fix things; shout if it doesn't!
