Unable to Draw Connectors (BUG?!?)

I seem to have gotten into a wierd state in EA.  The ability to draw a connection between any 2 objects seems to have completely gone away.  I can select a connector type, but I no longer get a "hand" cursor or up-arrow cursor in any of my diagrams...even when I create a brand new model file.  In other words, I can only select individual objects, not create relationships between them.  This applies to all models created with my application, and the same models, when opened in someone else's app, work fine.  This is really frustrating.  

I'm using the 30-day-trial version of EA, corporate version.  I've loved the tool until now, and we're looking to buy several licenses if I can get the app to work again.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Are you sure you haven't locked the diagram?

Thanks for the quick reply.  Since the same condition applies to brand new models created with my app, and not to the same model opened with someone else's app, it seems to be a problem or condition with the app, not the specific model or diagram.

Some things I've learned since my initial post:

- I can create a connector by selecting link from the UML elements toolbar at the top...just not from the toolbox in the left pane.  
- Restarting the app didn't fix the problem.
- Rebooting my computer DID fix the problem.   :-/

So is it fixed? If not I'd recommend to re-install EA.
