XMI 1.2 Export and missing attributes

Hi,

i've got a problem at XMI export functionality (Version 5.00.768).

I miss kind attributes at pseudostates of initial and branch (decision) .
"kind" is at the PseudoState element implied, but if its not a bug that you don't store this information then  how can i determine the kind of pseudostate?
( just only look if there is not transition with the target of this pseudostate and then its a initial? this is possible, but if i use this logic to import a unfinished diagram in another tool, then is the result maybe not a best one)
