Is-it possible to create several models in a single repository ?
In the documentation, sparx talk about a model collection, but I don't find the way to create this collection.

Another FAQ candidate.

Normally you have one model per repository. It IS possible to have multiple models in one repository which can have advantages (common elements) and disadvantages (unwanted cross over of elements). Use the Project View to build your view on demand.

You can have multiple modles on the one repository by creating a new root node for each project.
