Is it possible to remove the "Approved" status as an option on an item for a given security group?

I have applied security to a model and defined an Architect and a Developer security user group.

I want users in the developer security user group to be able to make changes to the model, but to have them in a proposed status – they should not be able to approve them.

Users in the Architect role are the only users that should be able to approve changes.  I can not figure out how to remove the “Approve” status for the developer user group.

Thanks for the help!

Although I'm not using security I'm quite sure that this is not possible. These states are in t_statustypes and there does not seem to be a connection to any of the t_sec* tables. Probably you have to ask for an enhancement.
