Can you create a shortcut to an Add-in?

We've developed an Add-in that we will use often.  It's a real pain to have to Click -> Add-ins -> Our Add-in -> Run
each time.  I'd like to be able to assign a shortcut to it.  But in the Tools -> Keyboard menu it doesn't list the Add-ins under the Add-ins menu so I can't do it from here.

Any ideas?

That would really be nice. Additionally as you always have to go over the first sub-menu in the add-ins.
