Removing (from <package>) in Use Case Diagram
« on: October 05, 2005, 07:18:04 pm »
Hi there,

I was hoping someone might be able to help answer this question.

I've got a Use Case Model and in order to keep things tidy I've separated elements out into their own packages. E.g. Human Actor elements are stored under the Actors/Human Actors package. Similarly, Use Case elements are stored under the applicable Use Cases package.

When I create a Use Case Diagram, any elements on the diagram that are not contained in the same package as diagram appear with text underneath their name such as (From Human Actors).

Does anyone know if this can be switched off? If so, how?

Thanks,

Danny

Hi Danny,

Just uncheck Highlight Foreign Objects on the Diagram Properties dialog.
