How to track class usage?

I would like to know how I can track in which classes another class is used as the defined type of an attribute, operation return type or parameter type.
The relationship matrix does not seem to be able to do this for me. Right?

You're probably right. I'd first try to SQL the result which might be a bit tricky but feasible. If that fails the only other way I know of is to parse the model via automation.
