OK, I've trolled through about all of the cVS posts, but haven't found anything that can be construed as a how-to for integrating EA into cVS.

Does anyone know if there has been decent how-to created?

There is now a white paper that covers setting up version control, which is available on our website at http://sparxsystems.com.au/WhitePapers/Version_Control.pdf
