Import/Export XMI - DBMS Repository

I have one model in the .EAP file. With this file, my options Right Button over package -> Import/Export -> "Import Package from XMI File" and "Export Package to XMI File" are able. But in other, a DBMS repository, this options don´t are able. Why?
