Run state order

Are there any way to order the run states (apart from entering them in the "reverse" order)? I'm looking for something like the attribute order buttons.
And while I will admit that this isn't a big thing I really like things in a particular order. I'm however quite sure that this is a personal fault.

Guess not I remeber a thread about this and the only way is to delete and enter new. Unfortunately another UI-effect (Unique Interface). (I might be wrong though, since I use it seldom.)
