Traceability

Hi All

I have just joined this board.  

I have used rational tools in the past for design - in my current project, we are using EA which also implies that this is a new experience for me.

Could someone tell me how well  traceability is incorporated in EA - i.e. the ability to trace back to the business process model / use case model? What may be the pros and cons?
