Where would be the best place to add an implementation date for a server, router, or software?

I don't see any place better than adding a tagged value.

Go to Settings | UML | Tagged Value Types.

Add a tag "Implementation Date" with "Type=DateTime;" in the detail.

Tagged value would do the trick... I am also thinking that Element Task might help.
