MDG Integrate Trial. Page not found error

I have installed the MDG Integrate for VS 2005 and I am experiencing the following problems.

1. In VS2005 when I open up a Solution with a Model attached VS freezes up waiting on the MDG Trial Acceptance Box which never displays. I get a Connecting message on both the EA solution explorer and main page in VS 2005. This problem is intermittent.

2. When trying to view a Model in VS 2005 in the EA Model page. Initially four tabs are displayed. Model, Search, Forum and Help. When these are first displayed the Model Page shows basic version info. Search and Forum are clear and waiting for the User to action them. At first the help page has an index and a splash screen. On trying to move to a help topic in the contents the + icon becomes a red X and the help page cannot be displayed with a page not found error. This happens on every help topic. If you now move to any other tab, Model, Forum or Search you now get a page not found error.

If you try to open a help topic in a new window you still get a page not found error. The address that it is looking for is localhost:1200/help/xxxxx.html. Looking at IIS I cant seem to find a web site for this address.

This problem happens with my firewall both on and off.

For security purposes I have disallowed anonymous access to the IIS server. Could this be the problem.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar.
