How2: Pre-fill table with data in model?

Hi 2 All,
   I have got table which is a table of keys, few well known data, e.g.postcodes.
I would like to save some work and pre-fill them already in data model.
  Did someone deal with it?

Hopefully I don't think up nonsense :-).
