Information Engineering connector notation
« on: February 10, 2006, 07:49:29 am »
Drawing foreign key relationship between two tables I noticed that class diagram incorrectly displays multiplicity of "1" if I select Information Engineering connector notation. It is shown the same way as "0..1" multiplicity which can be very misleading.

It should be:
1     .....    "----||---"
0..1 .....    "----0|---"
and not
1     .....    "----0|---"
0..1 .....    "----0|---"

I submitted an error report on this back in build 781 days. The next public build was 785, where version 6.1 was introduced. The fix does not yet appear to be in.

My guess is that they've just got an incorrect pointer to a graphic, or a correct pointer to a duplicated graphic. Still, nothing repaired yet.

Any Sparxians reading this? If so, any idea when an update can be expected?
No, you can't have it!
