Swimlane Headers in EA

Does anybody know how to make swimlane headers appear on all pages of a Swimlane Activity Diag in Enterprise architect?  I can only seem to make the headers appear on the first page.

Never heard someone asking for that. So I believe this is not possible? You could place text markers manually at page borders. Doesn't sound promising :-/
