C# reverse engineering

Hi,

I'm working on an existing project with over 200 classes.  When reverse engineering the Visual Studio 2005 application in EA 6.1 almost everything goes well.  I do have two problems :

1) if an Internal Propected property is defined , in the model this classification isn't assigned to the property ?

2) From time to time I would like to synchronize my Model with the code (still reverse engineering).  Can I exclude classes which I have changed in EA so they aren't synchronised ?

any suggestions are welcome, since I only recently started using EA ...
