Link Name lost
« on: March 03, 2006, 04:56:46 pm »
I noticed that changing class diagram connector notation from UML2.0 to IDEF1X resulted in LINK NAME being disappeared from class diagram.

I had given a link name a meaningful logical relationship name for my schema / data model.  Now I cannot display it in class diagram even though I changed CONNECTOR NOTATION from IDELF1X to UML2.0.  It looks like this is a bug in EA.  Any suggestions?

Changing to IDEF1X turns off the Connector Labels on the associations that should not appear in that notation.  Turning it back to UML 2.0 does not reset them.  I think that is by design although you could argue it should work a different way.

Did you try selecting the associations and open the Show/Hide Connector Labels dialog?  There you can reset them.
